The molded tray is a flat industrial tray made of plant fibers, and it is a common logistics transportation tool. The molded pallet is a type of pallet made from wood-based fibrous materials (such as wood chips, straw, etc.) or plastics, through the molding process.

The pallets are manufactured from recycled raw materials, which may comprise of wood shavings, ex-construction timber, waste wood and even old timber pallets, and also some other industry waste.

Not only does this keep the unit cost to a minimum but also helps to protect our environment.

High production efficiency, wide range of raw materials
The molded pallets are produced using an automated molding production line. The single mold forming time is only 3-5 minutes. Compared to the multiple processes of cutting, assembling, and nailing involved in traditional wooden pallets, the production efficiency is increased by 3-5 times. The raw materials can be made from plant waste such as wood chips, sawdust, straw, and bamboo fibers, or recycled plastics. There is no need to rely on high-quality wood, and the raw material supply is stable with low costs.

High dimensional accuracy, strong stability. During the production process, the shape is precisely controlled by the mold, resulting in a small size error (usually within ±2mm) for the finished product. The raw materials, after being heat-set at high temperature, have a low moisture content (generally 6%-8%), do not absorb moisture, do not deform, and do not warp. Even in humid or temperature-differential environments (such as cold chain warehouses, cross-border containers), it can maintain dimensional stability and avoid the tilting of goods due to tray deformation.
